Returns Policy

At Elysium, we are dedicated to offering expert care, thoughtful guidance, and consistent support throughout each client’s journey with us. Our commitment is to deliver the best possible outcomes and to respond proactively with solutions whenever concerns arise. This has been thoughtfully designed to promote fairness, establish clear expectations, and uphold the integrity of the services we provide.

No Refunds for Change of Mind
Please note we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind under any circumstances.
 
No Refunds For Perceived Lack of Results
 
At Elysium, we recognise that each individual’s skin responds differently, influenced by personal health, genetics, and lifestyle. While our team is dedicated to providing the highest standard of care and striving for the best possible results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes. For this reason, refunds are not offered based solely on dissatisfaction with results.
 
PRODUCTS:
 

Our returns policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we’re unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Please note that we do not accept returns for change of mind on skincare products. However, if the product is unopened and returned within 30 days, we’re happy to offer an exchange or refund. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

Exceptions

Refunds or replacements will only be issued when a product is faulty, damaged or incorrectly given by one of our team members.

 

Non-returnable items:

Please note that we do not accept returns on gift vouchers. All gift vouchers are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. They are valid for three years from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Promotional gift vouchers may have a shorter expiry period, which will be clearly specified at the time of issue.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded within the 30 day period, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@elysiumsydney.com.au and send your item to: Shop 1 284 Bronte Road Waverley, Sydney, NSW, 2024, Australia.
 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
